CORPORATE HOUSING SOLUTIONS

Corporate Housing Solutions is a powerful collaboration of two sister companies: Residence32 BV and Corporate Booking Desk BV. By joining forces, a unique combination of short stay and long stay housing solutions emerged, tailoring to the unique needs of internationals in the Netherlands and their employers.

Residence32 specializes in our Short Stay Solutions, offering nearly 200 furnished serviced apartments—an ideal choice for business traveler and for international newcomers during their housing transition period. Corporate Booking Desk manages our Long Stay Solutions and Relocation Services, providing guidance in the search for rental homes, personalized settling-in services, and home buying assistance.

Together, the collaborating sister companies operate under the unified name Corporate Housing Solutions to provide a one stop-shop and a seamless housing journey experience for our international clients.

Far too often, the process of relocating to a new country process is a segmented one, where short stay accommodations, long stay housing, and relocation services have to be arranged separately from one another. Multiple service providers are enlisted to assist international newcomers with these matters.

At Corporate Housing Solutions, we believe in a holistic and personal approach throughout every stage of the relocation process and provide all these services under one roof. By doing so, we aim to ensure a smooth transition to the Netherlands, offering international clients a soft landing and helping our corporate partners gain a competitive edge in the war on talent.
