Registration municipality
To register at the municipality, we'll guide your employees through the documentation, book appointments, and will accompany them personally to the appointments at the local authorities’ office to make sure the process goes smoothly.
Application BSN
To apply for the necessary Burger Service Number (BSN), we'll guide your employees through the documentation, book appointments, and will accompany them personally to the appointments at the local authorities’ offices to make sure the process goes fast and smoothly.
Collect work permit and residence permit
To collect work- and residence permits, we'll guide your employees through the documentation, book appointments, and will accompany them personally to the appointments at the local authorities’ offices to ensure a seamless experience
Opening Dutch bank account
To open a Dutch bank account, we'll provide your employees with essential documentation guidance, will schedule their appointments, and will personally escort them there to ensure a quick and seamless experience.
School /daycare search
To find the right school or daycare for your employees’ children, we start with a pre-arrival phone or video consultation, provide informative insights into schools or daycares of interest, book appointments to explore up to three selected schools / daycares, give guided tours and introductions at these institutions, and provide personalised advice to ensure a smooth transition.
Exchange driver’s license
To help your international employees exchange their driver’s license, we'll navigate them through the entire process, providing step-by-step guidance and ensuring they have all the necessary documents to seamlessly transition to a Dutch driver's license.
Finding a local doctor/dentist
To find the right general practitioner and dentist for your new international employees, we will perform an extensive search for nearby general practitioners and dentists who are open to new patients. We'll compile this information into a personalized document, offering their contact details, as well as guidance on their registration process for your employees and their family. They'll also find essential emergency contact numbers and the location of the nearest hospital, ensuring peace of mind.
Area orientation tour
To get a first impression of the new surroundings, we will start of with a one-on-one consultation with your new international employee and his/her family. When we know their specific interests, needs, and preferences, we'll craft a tailor-made tour of the new environment, introducing your employee to key landmarks, local hotspots, and places that matter most to them – the perfect way discover the new surroundings.
